With the current objective to promote Inter Cultural faith, respect and harmony, Kandy International School organized a day programme on the 22nd of May in our new school premises at Siebel Place. All rituals in connection with Wesak Celebration viz Observation of Sil, Meditation, Sermons Offering of “Gilan Pasa and “Ata Pirikara” to the Priest was carried out in a very spiritual atmosphere. Dane for the students was provided by our generous Teachers and supportive Parents who are ever willing to come forward to make an event memorable. As we live in a multi cultural society todays programme provided a very fulfilling experience to the Non Buddist students and Teachers.
