Enrichment and an awareness workshop for parents, was conducted from Nursery to Grade 3 on Wednesday 12th of January 2022 at The American college auditorium. Topics discussed were, Physical development and nutrition – Professor Ananda Wijekoon Psychological and mental development – Mrs. Pushpa Herath (Educational psychologist and psychiatrist) Safety of your child in this society – Mrs. Nileka Hapukotuwa (The Child and Women protection Unit of Sri Lanka Police, Kandy) Academic development -Mrs . Hazeera Zavahir (Principal of Kandy International School)
