The Islamic Society of Kandy International School remarked the Mil Adun Nabi Day in a grand scale,
associated with an array of lined up Programs such as the Quiz competition, Calligraphy, Essay Competitions Recitals , Speeches and Kiraath.
The winners were awarded with a valuable certificate .

Especially the Recital of Mawlood created a harmonious atmosphere to the entire school community on that day.The special sweets and a cooked meal ofa rice pack was distributed to each and everyone thus following a great sunnah of the beloved Prophet (SAW) proving the great act of sharing in unity. Another memorable day in our school calendar with immense success., non-Buddhist students and teachers with sanctity participated, reflecting the spirit of unity, diversity and cultural appreciation within the school community.
