On June 5th, the students and staff of Kandy International School celebrated Environmental Day — a special occasion aimed at inspiring our children to care for and protect the environment.We believe it is essential to educate young minds about the value of nature. Through meaningful activities, our students learned that even small actions can make a big difference for our planet.To this end the children brought plants the Directress and the Principal planted them followed by the children cleaning the school environment and planting a variety of shrubs, trees and foliage.
Our objective is to inculcate a sense of love and sensitiveness against polluting the environment and carry the theme forward LET IT SPROUT !
