To mark International Teachers’ day, Kandy International School had its celebrations on a very grand scale at the American College auditorium.
This was carried out with the guidance and leadership of the Principal Mrs. Hazeera Zavahir and the Directress Mrs. Farah Feroze.
Gratitude and felicitations to Teachers was shown in numerous ways by the students.

The English Day of KIS was a very grand celebration which was held on the 2nd of November at the American College Auditorium with Ms Arundathy Satyendra, Zonal Director of Education as the Chief Guest .
On this occasion our students showcased their talents in Debating. Impromptu speeches, Presentations, Essay Writing, Creative writing Reading , Acting etc.

Primary activity day at KIS.

Thanks to the Interact Club of KIS for arranging a wonderful Children’s’ Day celebration.

Prideful moment.We were part of the joint installation ceremony of the Interact Club held at the Grand Kandiyan Hotel.

The Islamic students society of KIS in celebration of the Meelad -un Nabi 2019 held at the school premises.

K.I.S has a multicultural group of teachers and students. The breaking fast event (Ifthar) of the Muslim students, was organized at the school. All students participated and the non-Muslim students had the experience of witnessing and participating, how this religious sacred event is performed. A Hazarat delivered a very meaningful sermon on the value of living unitedly among all religions.
